First,suck eggs up onto egg loading and conveying belt with a vacuum egg lifter(30 eggs a time)

Second,egg cleaning machine wash eggs with warm water and specialized egg cleaning brushes.

Third,egg drying equipment dry the eggs with strong heated wind produced by drying fans installed within egg cleaning machine

Fourth,eggs will be conveyed into egg candling booth where workers can select out cracked eggs,black-cored eggs,eggs having gone bad due to other reasons with the help of egg testing tube light.

Fifth,egg coding equipment will print company name,brand name,quality guarantee period,date of production or something like this onto eggshells so that egg products buyers can turn back to egg products producers if they are interested in the egg products.

Sixth,mineral oil spraying equipment will spray a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil onto eggshells to keep bacteria away and prevent eggs from losing water.

Seventh,electronical egg grading machine will grade eggs by weight.Eggs of different weight will fall down onto different parts of egg grading machine.

Eighth,UV sterilizing equipment will sterilize eggs with ultraviolet to kill bacteria.
